We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visualizer with 4–6 years of experience to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an agency environment and be well-versed in graphic design principles, ideation, visual storytelling, and execution. This role involves close collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to bring ideas to life visually across digital and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in conceptualizing visual ideas and translating them into engaging designs.

• Execute creative concepts across campaigns, social media, digital assets, branding, and print.

• Work closely with content and strategy teams to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling

• Design GIFs and basic motion elements to enhance social and digital content 

• Create presentation-ready layouts, visual mock-ups, and design systems

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals across formats

Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within advertising or digital agencies.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD.

• Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design and team collaboration.

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.

• Creative portfolio showcasing versatility across formats, including static, motion graphics, and GIFs.
