Senior Marketing Automation Specialist | Location: Delhi / Mumbai | 19 April

Job Description & Work Exp.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies, managing lead generation, and analyzing web and marketing analytics. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for optimization for paid media campaigns and work with media team to suggest changes to paid campaigns
  • Ability to create weekly insights on paid campaigns for biddable media
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth

Technical Experience:

  • Should have in depth understanding of marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage and Braze
  • In-depth understanding of Paid media tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Should be able to build insights on Google Analytics and GA4
