We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager – Social Media to lead large-scale, integrated campaigns and drive digital brand success. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing social-first You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery from strategy and creative to execution and performance—while leading and mentoring a high performing team. 

Responsibilities

• Will be looking after end-to-end management of 360° digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries.
• Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
• Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation.
• Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communications.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client facing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and analytics.
• Expertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent.
