We are looking for a talented Senior Designer with a strong digital agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in crafting engaging visual designs across digital, social media, and integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that align with brand strategies and business goals. 

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and other assets, including both static and motion graphics. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand communication and ensure design consistency.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and on-brand creative solutions.

• Manage multiple design projects while mentoring junior designers and maintaining high creative standards.

• Support pitches and business development with impactful and strategic visual concepts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with digital-first designs across web, social, and other digital platforms.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD); motion graphics and video editing a plus.

• Solid grasp of visual storytelling, layout, typography, colour theory, and branding principles.

• Up-to-date with social media trends and skilled in creating engaging, platform-specific content.

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
