We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in managing design operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project tracking, timeline management, cost estimation, and proposal creation, ensuring seamless execution across design and creative deliverables. 

Responsibilities

Track, allocate and manage design and creative projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to across all projects.

Prepare estimates and cost proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and project updates.

Maintain and update project documentation and reports.

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency.

Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design or creative environment.

Strong understanding of design processes and operations.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Click Up, and other PM tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and stakeholders
