As the Group Head of Paid Media, you will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive Digital Media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of various paid media channels as well as the drive to work across paid owned and earned media to deliver successful campaigns while leading and nurturing a team of Digital professionals effectively.
Paid Media Strategy & Planning – Develop data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business goals, set KPIs, drive AOPs, finalize monthly plans, lead pitches, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Optimization – Establish streamlined processes, oversee multi-channel campaign delivery, monitor performance, and implement optimizations based on data and competitive insights.
Thought Leadership & Best Practices – Stay updated on industry trends, attend key platform best-practice sessions (Google/Meta), and participate in relevant industry forums.
Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and guide paid media specialists, foster a collaborative learning culture, and ensure process adherence across campaign workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting – Work with internal teams and external partners for integrated campaigns, and build reporting frameworks to share insights, automate where possible, and update leadership regularly.
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience – 10+ years managing paid media across PPC, display, social, programmatic, with strong exposure to both brand and performance marketing.
Analytical Ability – Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
Technical Proficiency – Hands-on experience with key platforms/tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, ad-serving tools, and BAV tools.
