We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication & PR Manager to lead our external and internal communications. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand’s reputation, managing media relations, overseeing internal messaging, and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of media relations and corporate PR.
Media & Crisis Management: Foster strong media relationships and effectively handle crisis situations through strategic communication and timely responses.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging: Develop engaging content such as press releases, speeches, and newsletters, while ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with company values.
Internal & External Communication: Communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders—including investors, partners, and the community—through updates, announcements, and reports.
Event & Social Media Management: Plan and execute media events and product launches, and manage social media channels to maintain a unified communication strategy.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor media coverage, evaluate communication impact, and report on outcomes using relevant tools and metrics.
Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in corporate communication or media relations.
Media & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage media relations and collaborate with senior stakeholders, handling sensitive situations effectively.
Content & Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience creating compelling content across formats and platforms.
Project & Crisis Management: Strong project management capabilities and crisis communication experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
Digital & Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in social media, CMS, and PR tools, with a data-driven approach to tracking and reporting PR performance.
