As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations teams, implementing automation processes, and optimizing the software delivery pipeline. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of software systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline communication and workflows.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, logging, and security.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure and GCP) for application deployment.
• Write scripts and code to automate tasks and improve processes.
• Ensure version control system integrity (e.g., Git) and assist in resolving code conflicts.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD ((e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) tools and version control systems.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
