• Provide technical guidance to the team, promoting best practices and efficient development processes.

4. User Experience and Design:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all digital platforms.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles within the development process.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of frontend applications.
6. Communication:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and other team members.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
