We are looking for a talented Art Director with a strong digital agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in crafting engaging visual designs across digital, social media, and integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that align with brand strategies and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and more, including static and motion graphics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and consistent brand communication.

• Stay current with design trends and tools to produce innovative, on-brand visuals.

• Lead and mentor junior designers while managing multiple high-quality design projects.

• Support pitch presentations and business initiatives with strong visual storytelling and creative input.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with digital-first designs and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD).

• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.

• Solid understanding of social media trends, branding, typography, layout, and colour theory.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and handle client interactions confidently.

• Degree/Diploma in Design or related field; prior agency experience preferred.
