Accounts Payable - Finance | Location: Mumbai | 11 December

Job Description & Work Exp.

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, including vendor onboarding, invoice verification, and timely payment processing. It involves maintaining accurate vendor ledgers, recording bank payment entries, and ensuring compliance with financial controls. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to secure approvals, resolve invoice or payment issues, and support GST and TDS filing activities. Additionally, the role oversees employee expense and reimbursement processing while ensuring adherence to statutory and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records in line with company policies.

  2. Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments as per contract terms.

  3. Reconcile vendor ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  4. Record and monitor bank payment entries while coordinating with internal teams for approvals and issue resolution.

  5. Support GST and TDS filings, and handle employee expense and reimbursement processing.

Skills and Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

    ·       Proven experience of 5-6 years in bills payable vendor management, and vendor invoicing.

    ·       Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc

    ·       Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

    ·       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
