We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Account Director – Social Media to lead largescale, integrated campaigns and drive digital brand success. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing social-first yet 360° brand campaigns across industries. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery— from strategy and creative to execution and performance—while leading and mentoring a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of 360° digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries 

• Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders 

• Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns 

• Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals 

• Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation

• Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performance 

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve

Skills and Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and integrated brand communications.

• Proven track record in leading multi-platform campaigns with strong client engagement and strategic leadership.

• Deep expertise in brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of major digital platforms, emerging trends, and data-driven analytics.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring talent
