We are looking for a Business Development / Growth professional from a digital agency background who can drive new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong existing network of brands and decision-makers and have hands-on experience in pitching, client acquisition, and relationship management within the digital marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities through existing brand relationships and industry networks
• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients aligned with the agency’s offerings
• Lead end-to-end pitch processes including brief understanding, proposal creation, and closures
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to develop compelling pitch narratives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders, marketing heads, and CXOs
• Track leads, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth initiatives
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Growth within a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong existing network of brands and client-side stakeholders previously worked with
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business in an agency environment
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (social, performance, content, influencer, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setup.
