Account Manager - Creative Integrated | Location: Mumbai | 18 December

Job Description & Work Exp.

The Integrated Account Manager is the primary strategic leader and relationship owner for a portfolio of key client accounts. This role is responsible for driving client success by developing, executing, and overseeing cohesive, multi-channel digital marketing and brand creative strategies that span across SEO, Paid Media (SEM/PPC), Social Media, Content Marketing, and Email/CRM. The ideal candidate blends exceptional client management skills with a deep, hands-on understanding of digital performance channels and creative impact. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of holistic, data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and address diverse marketing funnel stages.
  • Provide strategic creative direction and oversight, ensuring all visual and messaging assets are consistent with the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Serve as the internal "quarterback," ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all execution teams (e.g., Paid Search, SEO, Creative).
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities and strategic pivots.
  • Act as the senior point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Clearly articulate complex strategic recommendations, performance insights, and campaign results in client-facing presentations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion of services.
  • Oversee the financial health and key performance indicators (KPIs) of assigned accounts, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with analytics and channel specialists to interpret performance data and translate technical findings into actionable business insights for the client.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage account budgets, billing, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and present comprehensive campaign proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and contracts.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams (e.g., strategists, specialists) to ensure unified execution of the integrated plan.
  • Act as the liaison between the Creative team and the client, consolidating feedback and ensuring creative outputs are strategically aligned with channel best practices.
  • Facilitate efficient communication between client teams and internal execution teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management, client services, or integrated strategy role within an agency or marketing organization.
  • Proven familiarity with the strategic nuances of at least three core digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to present complex strategies to senior-level clients.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and action performance data from platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
